Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened food supplements
- Opened consumable products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom or personalised products
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your Right to Cancel
If you are a UK consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
