8. SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you purchase a subscription, the price, billing interval and other subscription details will be shown before checkout. By purchasing, you authorise recurring charges using your selected payment method at the chosen interval until the subscription is cancelled.

You may manage or cancel a subscription through the available account or subscription-management facility, or by contacting us. Cancellation must be completed before the next order is processed to prevent that order from being charged and fulfilled.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

9. HEALTH AND PRODUCT USE

TRU PERFORMANCE products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or healthy lifestyle.

Follow the directions and warnings printed on the product. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition or are under medical supervision, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use and seek advice if an adverse effect occurs.

Individual experiences vary. Statements concerning hydration, focus, performance or wellbeing should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular result.
