FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £40.

SHIPPING FEES

Orders below £40 are charged a standard shipping fee of £2.99.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

If you select a shipping option, we will provide any relevant shipping updates after your order has been placed.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

All delivery dates and timeframes are estimates only and are provided in good faith.

For UK consumers, this does not affect your statutory rights. Unless otherwise stated, orders will be delivered within 30 days of order acceptance.

SUBSCRIPTION FULFILMENT

Subscription orders are automatically fulfilled and dispatched each month according to your selected subscription schedule.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Orders are dispatched on business days only, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

DELAYS AND MISSING ORDERS

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, contact us at info@truperformance.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier.
